13 players from Real Madrid have been called up for national duty

Real Madrid will have as many as thirteen players go for the duration of the second international window of the 2023–24 season, which will begin in around ten days. These players will be traveling to represent their respective national teams.

The majority of countries in Europe will be competing in the UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifiers, whereas those across South America will be competing in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers. During the break, there will be some teams that compete only in friendly matches against other teams.

Dani Carvajal, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Joselu, and Fran Garcia are the four Real Madrid players who have been called up to join Spain’s squad for the UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifiers against Scotland and Norway. Luis de la Fuente will be in charge of the Spanish national team.

In the meantime, Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga will be traveling with France, who will play the Netherlands in a Euro Qualifying match before playing Scotland in a friendly match.

After missing out on the Brazil setup due to an injury for the past month, Vinicius Jr. is back in the fold. In the World Cup qualifying matches against Venezuela and Uruguay, Rodrygo Goes will be playing alongside him.

The captain of the Croatian national team, Luka Modric, will lead the side in the Euro qualifying matches against Turkey and Wales. On the other hand, England’s top player, Jude Bellingham, will play for England in the matches against Australia (in a friendly) and Italy (in the Euro Qualifiers).

Andriy Lunin is still a member of the Ukraine national team despite the fact that he does not get a lot of playing time for Real Madrid. He will be playing for Ukraine in their upcoming matches against North Macedonia and Malta.

Federico Valverde and Antonio Rudiger will be playing for Uruguay in their World Cup qualifiers against Colombia and Brazil, while Germany will have Federico Valverde and Antonio Rudiger on their roster for their friendly against the United States of America and Mexico.

 

Who is going to be staying behind?David Alaba’s participation in the Austrian national team has been canceled out because of an injury he sustained after being called up to the squad.

Carlo Ancelotti will continue to instruct the team’s players who have re-signed with the club, including Nacho Fernandez, Brahim Diaz, Toni Kroos, Lucas Vazquez, Ferland Mendy, and Dani Ceballos.

It will take some time for Eder Militao, Thibaut Courtois, and Arda Guler to fully recover from the injuries they sustained.
