LeBron James’s hasty meal in the Los Angeles Lakers stands

After his Los Angeles Lakers first-half cameo, LeBron James eats dinner courtside.

Upon finishing his preseason game against the Golden State Warriors, LeBron James sat on the bench to enjoy his dinner and observe his teammates.

During the preseason, LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers was spotted eating while sitting on the bench.

The 38-year-old participated in his team’s second preseason game against the Golden State Warriors and made two appearances during the warm-ups before the start of the new NBA season. The four-time NBA champion dressed differently before sitting on the bench with his teammates, even though he played 18 minutes in the first half.

The 19-time All-Star did not leave empty-handed, as he was spotted eating something on the sidelines and taking in the remainder of the match. It’s not something you see on the sidelines during a basketball game, but James chose to have his meal while watching his teammates, maybe since preseason was more laid back and he wasn’t going to play again.

James finished his meal with 12 points, 5 assists, and 2 rebounds in 18 minutes. Despite having five starters score in double figures, the Lakers lost 129-125, and they have now dropped two of their first four preseason games.

James played in his first warm-up game on Monday against the Brooklyn Nets, and he finished with 10 points, 5 assists, and 3 rebounds in 17 minutes of action as the team won 129-126. James announced before to the start of the exhibition games that he will not play in any of the six games before the season.

Due to a foot injury, the Lakers great, who is currently the oldest player in the NBA, missed 27 games in the previous campaign. The Lakers must so carefully control his playing time in the run-up to his 21st NBA season. “I hope to be able to attend at least half of the six preseason games,” James said to reporters following practice in early October. We’ll see, though. Every game, in my opinion, will decide it.

The Lakers play again on Sunday night against the Milwaukee Bucks, and then they play the Phoenix Suns to round off the preseason. The Denver Nuggets, who defeated the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals to win their first championship the previous season, will be the opponents in the team’s first official game of the new campaign.

In collaboration with James’ longstanding athletic trainer, Mike Mancias, the Lakers and their medical staff must take precautions to keep James healthy by the time the Playoffs start in 2024.

Lakers coach Darvin Ham stated, “We work together and communicate on what those steps will be.” “We take care to devise a strategy that works.

The amazing thing about our strategy going ahead is that, one, he’s in incredible shape, and, two, he likely has more years of experience than Anthony Davis does combined with the club in terms of games played and minutes played. Additionally, he looks after himself admirably.”
