Juventus have made an inquiry about Jadon Sancho of Manchester United

After a falling out with Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag, the 23-year-old has not played for the team since late August.

Man United’s manager said he benched Sancho for the match against Arsenal at the beginning of September because of the forward’s lackluster performance in training, but Sancho shot down that claim in a social media post, essentially labeling the Dutchman a liar.

Sancho, a former Manchester City youth player, no longer participates in senior squad practices at Carrington and is therefore not eligible for selection.

The forward was expected to return to the starting lineup after apologizing for his behavior.

It is generally agreed, however, that Ten Hag and Sancho’s relationship is beyond repair, and that an apology made at this point would likely carry little weight.

The forward is currently said to be against permanently leaving Man United, with a loan exit in January being the probable outcome to the awkward scenario.

Sancho has been linked to both Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund, who may try to re-sign him on loan for the second half of the season.

Journalist Rudy Galetti claims that Italian powerhouses Juventus are also interested in making a move during the upcoming winter transfer window.

Galetti says the Old Lady have “asked for information” on Sancho, indicating they want to sign him when the January transfer window opens.

According to a recent source, Turkish clubs are also monitoring his situation with an eye toward a possible transfer in 2024.

While at Dortmund, Sancho was one of the most sought-after attackers in European football. However, in 82 games for Manchester United, he has scored just 12 goals and dished out just six assists.

Even though the Englishman had a promising preseason, he only served as a substitute for Man United’s first three games of the 2023–24 season.

Sancho didn’t play on Saturday night against Sheffield United, and he won’t play in Old Trafford’s Champions League match against Copenhagen on Tuesday.
