Marcus Thuram, who came in for the injured Romelu Lukaku, scored the game-winning goal in Inter Milan’s 1-0 victory against Roma on Sunday to put the Nerazzurri back on top of Serie A.

In the 81st minute at the San Siro, Thuram diverted a cross from Federico Dimarco from close range to break down Jose Mourinho’s defensive strategies.

Mourinho was suspended for the game but watched from the stands as Roma sat back and took it.
