Kevin Durant’s Living Legend Mansion is an Oakland Hills mansion worth $5.99 million

This stunning property, perched atop the Oakland Hills, was once owned by basketball legend Kevin Durant, who was a player for the faltering Golden State Warriors in their later years.

For $5,998,888, the house he had been renting out is currently being sold off-market.

4614–4616 Rockingham Court is unquestionably a mansion with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a roomy 9,084 square feet (the average maniker is usually defined as any house of 10,000 square feet or more, but who’s counting?). This large home features floor-to-ceiling windows, an in-home theater, a curved staircase that leads to the top and lower levels, a circular driveway, and, of course, a private half court.

The backyard is fairly opulent, with both a concrete patio and a lush green lawn; the entrance glass doors are really stunning, reminiscent of those at Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa in Beverly Hills (without the flora and pink overflow). The front doors are identical to those of Villa Rosa, Lisa Vanderpump’s Beverly Hills home.

The property was constructed in 2005, and both of the separate flats were designed by Michael Burgess. A video tour of the house behind the scenes with Keſin Durant may be viewed here.
