Enter Ice Cube’s mansion’s priceless wine cellar

Ice Cube paid $7.25 million for the Marina del Rey mansion that actor and martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme had previously placed for sale at a price of $10 million. Another rumor states that Jean-Claude Van Damme spent around $6 million on the property in 2012.

Marina del Rey, located on a beach in Los Angeles County, is a small enclave. Marina del Rey, one of Los Angeles County’s unincorporated beachfront villages, has a population of just under 10,000 people.

The new Marina del Rey estate was established in 2011 along the Grand Canal. The rapper’s 7,575-square-foot custom contemporary home is stunning.

The property is not in a particularly secluded area because, like most famous homes in Los Angeles, it is rather close to adjacent residences.

The six-bedroom estate is situated on a canal with views of the ocean. Other than the privacy issue, the house has no flaws, making Ice Cube’s purchase one of the best buys in the Marina del Rey area.

Rumor has it that Ice Cube and his wife purchased the mansion to serve as a family vacation destination. They live with their children in a primary residence around 10 miles distant. They come here to spend uninterrupted time together while away from their children.

The three-story mansion overlooks the canal that surrounds it. The mansion sparkles brightly at night when the canal’s reflection is apparent. The materials used in the construction were all of the finest quality and were even imported.
