Eating at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant can be expensive. And the chef has made a fortune in the last few decades. He spends a lot of his money on real estate, as do many other celebrities.

TV chef Gordon Ramsay is cooking up a profit by letting out a converted bank to holidaymakers for up to £7,000 for a long weekend

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Ramsay owns three homes in Fowey, a small hamlet on the coast of Cornwall, England. It’s a lovely and scenic setting, so it’s no surprise that he desired to have several properties there. It’s easy to envision Ramsay enjoying the peace and quiet of Fowey, especially given his hectic schedule.

Ramsay spent $6 million on one of his Fowey homes in 2015, and $100,000 on a transparent wall. This wall provides a magnificent view of the ocean. While that is unquestionably an excess, he does have the means. It’s understandable that he’d want to do this.

This refurbishment, however, was not without incident. People in the neighborhood were upset when Gordon Ramsay decided to demolish the house and build two residences in its stead.

Builders have now finished turning the grade II-listed former bank into a holiday let for up to ten people

The house had been standing since the 1920s. Ramsay appears to have spent a significant amount of money on the makeover, which includes a main house and a “Garden House.” He also built a wine cellar.

Ramsay spent $3.5 million on a London home in 2002. According to the Daily Mail, he plans to remodel the basement in 2021. He intended to add a wine room, a plant room, a shower, and another bedroom. Because renovations can be costly, it’s reasonable to believe he spent a significant amount of money on this project. And, given his wealth, it’s possible that money was not an issue here.

Perhaps Ramsay’s most stunning home is in Bel-Air, Los Angeles. He paid $6.75 million for the house in 2012. According to Insider.com, when Ramsay taped his TV show Gordon Ramsay’s American Road Trip, viewers got a glimpse of his Los Angeles home. This involved converting an entire room into a gym.

According to the Daily Mail, Ramsay’s Los Angeles home boasts five bedrooms and a large kitchen. One of the bedrooms features a marble fireplace that looks quite nice.

Gordon Ramsay appears to enjoy his life with Tana and their five children, Megan, Holly, Jack, Oscar, and Tilly. Although he is clearly wealthy and has a variety of homes, he appears down-to-earth when discussing his family.

Ramsay said that his children cook in an interview with Celebre Magazine.com. It appears that the family enjoys spending time together and being creative.
