The low-slung Malibu bungalow is located just south of Malibu Pier, between the Pacific Coast Highway and Las Flores beach. Finneas spent $5.2 million on the 1250 square foot oceanfront property. The house was built in 2005 and contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The floor plan is open, with hardwood floors and designer finishes throughout. It has two big oceanfront terraces with panoramic views, large windows that let in plenty of light, and a relaxing jacuzzi.

 

 

With its fireplace, swing chair, beach frontage, and spectacular views, this house appears to be more of a tranquil hideaway. A third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom was recently added to the house. The most remarkable feature about this property, which is mostly white and blue in color, is its stunning vistas that soothe the spirit.

 

Given the siblings’ close relationship, it is unavoidable that Billie Eilish will move out and use Finneas’ fancy houses for their music-making process. Billie is here to stay, as seen by her sophomore album “Happier than Ever,” and she may even purchase her own luxurious mansion in the near future.
