Inside Raheem Sterling’s £3.1m mansion

As the Manchester City star nears a transfer to Chelsea, Raheem Sterling is in talks to sell his £3.1 million Cheshire property to Trent Alexander-Arnold of Liverpool.

The winger has discussed moving options with fellow countryman Alexander-Arnold, who wants to leave his current home in south Manchester. He presently lives on the same street as Paul Pogba’s former Manchester United teammate Alisson Becker.

Sterling, though, reportedly wants to sell his Cheshire mansion for approximately £4.5 million, which would net him a nice profit of £1.4 million after buying the property back in 2017 and free him up for his £45 million transfer to Chelsea. The 27-year-old currently resides there with his fiancée, Paige Milian, a rҽal estate entrepreneur, and their two young sons.

The home, which is close to Crewe, has five opulent bedrooms and walls painted in a contemporary grey color scheme. It even has a wildlife pond in the nearby marshland. Visitors will see a matte black staircase in the corridor after entering the front entrance, along with a grand piano for good measure.

The pair added a white marble top and glossy cabinets to their house to go with their stone flooring in the kitchen. Chic red seats also accompanied the sizable island.

Sterling’s lounge is unbelievably comfortable when he is at home unwinding from football. A popular interior design decision for Premier League sportsmen is grey furniture covered in soft velvet in the living room of his beautiful home.

There are also two bathrooms, the first of which has a royal-themed color scheme of indigo and strong shower jets integrated into the wall. A custom-designed bath is integrated into the wall by the window on the other side of the room.

The other bathroom is more modern, with a soothing atmosphere created by ivory wooden wall panels and a state-of-the-art jacuzzi Jacuzzi placed in the middle of the space.

Additionally, if he is successful in completing the deal in the upcoming weeks, it might give the City forward the go-ahead to vacate the Etihad this summer while negotiations with Chelsea continue. The £45 million transfer of the England international to Thomas Tuchel’s team has been heavily rᴜmored as Todd Boehly aims to make a statement signing with his first piece of transfer business.

Also, it is believed that the two teams are in advanced negotiations and that a deal is about to be signed. Prior to his projected move to Stamford Bridge after playing for Manchester United for seven years, Sterling has been speaking with his England teammates who play for Chelsea about living in London.

While Sterling appeared for City 44 times last season, scoring 17 goals, many of those instances were as a substitute. As his career nears its peak, the attacker wants to start more games. Due to his contract expiring in 2023, Sterling is gearing up for a new beginning after being excluded from the semi-final matches against Rҽal Madrid last year.

Since he bitterly left Liverpool for City in a £50 million deal in 2015, Sterling has enjoyed great success there. Throughout those seven years, Sterling has become one of the team’s most decorated players after winning four Premier League championships, four League Cups, and an FA Cup.

Yet, it now seems the 77-cap England player will likely return to the English city, where he spent his formative years before leaving QPR for Liverpool.
