Despite his fame as a musician, Akon appears to have ventured into the Atlanta real estate market.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Akon has put his three-year-old Alpharetta home on the market less than two months after selling another of his metro properties that had been listed since May.

The previous property he sold was rather older, but the most recent sale is brand new, with the indoor bowling alley still under construction. The mansion’s facade and interior are both ice-white, giving it a frozen-like aspect.

The gigantic mansion is definitely meant for folks who live large, with six bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, and a mind-boggling nine-car garage. Akon, like any good musician, includes a piano room and a recording studio in his design.

According to public records, Akon paid $1.65 million for the 4.6-acre property, which is a member of the Atlanta National Club, in 2008.

The musicians are currently expecting to earn close to $7 million from the deal. If the transaction goes through, he’ll be singing “I’m So Paid” all the way to the bank.
