Giannis Antetokounmpo’s injury status for the Bucks-Hornets game has been finalized

The Milwaukee Bucks and Charlotte Hornets will play in North Carolina on Friday night.

They might be missing their best player for the game because Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as injured.

This would be the two-time MVP’s second consecutive game out of the starting lineup (assuming he doesn’t play). He missed the team’s previous game.

After 10 games this season, Antetokounmpo is averaging 29.5 points, 9.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.3 blocks, and a 57.9% shooting percentage from the field per game.

The Bucks are currently enjoying a two-game winning run and have gone 7-4 in their first 11 games.

Their most recent victory was a 128–111 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

With 37 points, four rebounds, and thirteen assists in just thirty-one minutes of action, All-Star point guard Damian Lillard led the team.

In his eleventh NBA season (all with the Bucks), Antetokounmpo is coming off a season in which he shot 55.3% from the floor and averaged 31.1 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per game.

The Bucks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday night at home against the Dallas Mavericks, following the Hornets.
