On Sunday afternoon, the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 108-102 in a thrilling comeback game.
The Bucks had former player Damian Lillard on the court, and the Blazers entered the game with a dismal 4-11 record.
The Bucks entered the game with a record of 11-5 and had won six of their previous seven games, mostly thanks to guard Damian Lillard.
Because of his Achilles tendonitis, Khris Middleton was out for Milwaukee, and Giannis Antetokounmpo’s health was in question. Luckily for his teammates, he managed to capture the footage.
The Blazers controlled the first half and accumulated a sizable lead going into the latter two quarters.
They led 68-52 and were clear favorites to win the tie.
Despite failing to score more than 20, Scoot Henderson, Malcolm Brogdon, Shaedon Sharpe, and Deandre Ayton all scored in double figures for the Blazers. Only Jerami Grant, who scored 22 and only missed one minute of action during the game, was able to accomplish that.
But in the second and third periods, they only scored 34 more points, giving the advantage to their opponents as they were unable to withstand a stunning comeback.
The Bucks more than doubled their total, while the Blazers’ scoring slowed. The two players that played the best were Antetokounmpo and Lillard, who scored 33 and 31, respectively, and the former also pulled down 16 rebounds.
As a result, the Bucks are now in second place in the Eastern Conference, and the Trail Blazers are now in 13th place in the Western Conference.
