Basketball player LeBron James’s ultra-premium agave spirit brand, Lobos 1707 Tequila & Mezcal, is now carried by Selfridges department shops.

As a member of the Main Street Advisors (MSA) group, James made an investment in the brand in 2020. In the same year, the brand made its US debut.

Lobos 1707 was introduced earlier this year in Dubai and in Canada in 2022.

James remarked, “It’s exciting to see our pack grow even more as we increase our global footprint.” “We are eager for people to taste our best-in-class liquid in the UK and around the world.”

The retail prices of Lobos 1707’s reposado, joven, and extra añejo expressions are £70 (US$88), £65 (US$81), and £180 (US$225), in that order.

Lobos 1707 is gathered, distilled, and bottled in Jalisco, Mexico, using only Blue Weber agave. Barrels of American white oak are used to age the liquid, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry barrels are used to finish it.

At The Tequila & Mezcal Masters 2022, Lobos 1707 Extra Añejo Tequila took home a Master title, while its reposado Tequila and Mezcal Artesenal both took home Gold.
