This past weekend, LeBron James and his daughter Zhuri were sitting courtside laughing.
The 38-year-old NBA great was spotted watching LeBron’s son Bryce’s basketball game with his 9-year-old daughter.
The father of three nuzzled his daughter’s face in the video that ESPN uploaded on Instagram, but was recorded by Jessica Camille. The daughter leaned away from him and had a playful look of fear.
Later, while playing with Zhuri, the proud father tugged at his daughter’s cap and leaned in once more.
LeBron and his wife Savannah James are parents to three children: LeBron “Bronny,” 19, Bryce, 16, and daughter Zhuri.
The James family honored Zhuri’s birthday in October with heartfelt Instagram messages.
“Happy Bday My Princess πΈπΎ Z,” LeBron captioned the series of pictures he took. “I love you more than anything!!! π€π€π€π€β¨β¨β¨β¨β¨ππΎππΎππΎππΎ.” Zhuri was shown grinning in front of a backdrop of multicolored balloons with a “Happy Birthday” light in the father-of-three’s post.
Savannah, 37, said, “Happiest Birthday to my favorite girl!!ππ₯°π«ΆπΎππ€,” as the description for a video that showed her daughter conversing in a pink chair. “It’s unbelievable that my baby is 9π₯² #ZhuriNova,” she remarked with sweetness.
Savannah posted a picture of her kid posing on her first day of school earlier this autumn.
“Here she comes, the third grade! πβ¨π And she’s all set! π«ΆπΎ,” she wrote as the photo’s caption.
Gloria James, the mother of the NBA player, shared another image from the day on her personal Instagram, writing, “On her first day of third grade, Zhuri, my grandchild, read and comprehended the assignment πβοΈπ«. She receives a πΌ. Happy third year of school. I adore you so much. GrammyππΏππΏ.”
