PSG surpassed Liverpool in the deal for young talent from Brazil

Many Premier League teams, including Liverpool, have expressed interest in 20-year-old defender Lucas Beraldo, who is highly regarded in South America. The goal is for Beraldo to replace Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk, the Kop’s two primary midfield players, when they reach 33 years old.

Coach Jurgen Klopp views Beraldo as a top priority for the impending winter transfer window, given the team’s mounting injury problems.

Aouna also mentioned that PSG is in talks with Corinthians to sign 18-year-old central midfielder Gabriel Moscardo, who has reportedly been linked to Liverpool in recent weeks.
