On Thursday, Hollywood icon Samuel L. Jackson was 75 years old. Magic Johnson, a former player for the Los Angeles Lakers, was among the many well-known celebrities who honored him.

It is well known that Johnson and Jackson have been friends for a long time and that their families frequently take boat vacations throughout Europe.

The five-time champion posted some pictures from their trip to Europe in July, featuring Michael Jordan, the legendary player for the Chicago Bulls. The famous three were pictured together with their spouses in one photo.

Aside from their shared love of travel, Johnson and Jackson are avid sports fans. They have also united for philanthropic causes, such as supporting the female-led entertainment start-up “Statement Films” earlier this year.

Johnson therefore made sure to honor his close friend appropriately on his 75th birthday.

“A very happy birthday to my buddy, @SamuelLJackson, who is one of my best friends and whom I adore, respect, and look up to! We have a lot in common, including a love of sports and traveling to Europe every year. We also have the same capacity for learning and memory. To my big brother, happy birthday! Johnson sent out a tweet.

Once, while on vacation, Magic Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson were misidentified as “lazy migrants.”

Forte dei Marmi, Italy was the destination of one of Magic Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson’s many vacations in 2017. The tour made for some confusing headlines in foreign press.

After a lavish shopping excursion, the two celebrities unwinded on a public seat. A throng of admirers eventually assembled and started to form a line to take photos.

Yesterday, Sam and I were lounging on a seat in Forte dei Marmi, Italy. Johnson tweeted, “The fans lined up to take pictures with us.

Even though Johnson and his friend were having a happy moment, there were other reasons why the pictures became popular on social media. Some Italians believed Johnson and Jackson were “lazy migrants,” according to The Independent. They were so furious that they had misappropriated money from the government as a result.

They had no idea that two of the most well-known performers in the world were included in the pictures. But it didn’t take long for the poor decision to be identified.
