As United’s first-choice target Serhou Guirassy is determined to move elsewhere in the upcoming winter transfer window, the club has allegedly shifted its focus to Youssef En-Nesyri, a Moroccan striker.

With seven losses out of their first seventeen league matches, Erik Ten Hag’s squad has not been performing well in the English Premier League this season.

According to The Sun, 27-year-old Guirassy is considering a transfer to Tottenham, despite the fact that the Red Devils are interested on signing him in January to improve Erik ten Hag’s squad.

The story goes on to sаy that instead of joining United, Guirassy would prefer a transfer to Tottenham to play for Ange Postecoglou’s team.

United are looking at possible forward reinforcements after a disappointing summer transfer window that included the £72 million purchаse of Rasmus Hojlund, who has yet to score in the domestic competition, and a slew of ailments.

The scouts had been keeping a close eye on Guirassy, a sensation in the Bundesliga with 17 goals so far this season.

But now Ten Hag is watching Sevilla and Morocco striker En-Nesyri, sending spies to watch him play, especially in their LaLiga match against Atletico Madrid.

As Sevilla’s оffensive pivot from January 2020, En-Nesyri was instrumental in the club’s two Europa League victories.

In spite of Sevilla’s difficult season (they are in fourteenth place in the league), En-Nesyri has been outstanding, with eight goals and four assists so far this season.
