This will be the most valuable piece of real estate that James owns when it is finished.

In addition, he has held a $23 million home in Brentwood, California, since 2017.

The main James family home, spanning 16,000 square feet, with eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

The home has amenities including a movie theater, wine cellar, cigar lounge, and spa complete with massage, sauna, and steam rooms.

James also has a $9 million home in his home state of Ohio.

This 30,000-square-foot home with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms was purchased in 2003 for $2.1 million.
