Damian Lillard is in charge of their three children’s custody. He has been at odds with his ex-wife over which parent will prevail in their legal dispute. Hanson asked for exclusive custody of their three children. She claimed to have “been responsible for the children’s care since their birth,” according to reports.

Following news that Lillard had filed for divorce on October 2, she filed this declaration on October 6. As she put it, Hanson had “been the primary parent for our three children since their birth.” She said that the Bucks guard had never been the only parent in charge of the kids’ upbringing.

According to his ex-wife, Lillard disregarded important parental duties. According to sources, Hanson is asking for joint custody of their children and wants them to maintain a positive relationship with their father.
