LeBron James is prepared to take a small loss in exchange for selling his enormous estate in Los Angeles, designed in the colonial style.

The 36-year-old NBA legend put his Brentwood home up for auction on Monday for an incredible $20.5 million. He paid $20,986,500 for the property in 2015.

There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the roomy 9,440 square foot home.

Situated in the posh Rockingham Rim area, the gated residence was constructed in 2011 and is situated on the same street where O.J. Simpson lived when he killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson.

The property has undergone modernization and is equipped with modern conveniences.
