‘Call Me Daddy Dame’: A HeartWarming Moment When NBA Star Damian Lillard Welcomes Twins

Increasing from three to five!

Kalii Laheem Lillard and Kali Emma Lee Lillard, Damian Lillard’s kid and fiancée Kay’La Hanson’s daughter, were welcomed as twins on Thursday. Along with Hanson, the 30-year-old Portland Trail Blazers star has a 2-year-old son named Damian Jr.

Lillard posted a picture of the family from the hospital on Instagram along with the announcement of the arrival of his twins.

“Just call me Daddy Dаme from now on…” Lillard said in the description, elaborating on the names of his new daughter and son. “Kali Emma Lee Lillard (Callie…girl) and Kalii Laheem Lillard (kuh-lee ..boy )”

“Couldn’t leave jr out… 1-21-21 ❤️🎁🙏🏽” was written as the caption for an earlier picture that the athlete shared of Hanson and Damian Jr. during their twin pregnancies.

During the NBA All-Star weekend in February of last year, Lillard asked his longtime girlfriend to marry him at a private party. Since Weber State’s collegiate days, the couple has been dating.

Upon revealing his pregnancy in August, Lillard made light of the prоspect of having a daughter in the family.

The caption read, “I’m a DADDY DADDY now 😂😂😂… happy for another boy but this girl gone Һit different,” and he posted a picture of Damian Jr., Hanson, and himself holding out two peas in a pod along with the caption.

In December, Hanson gave PEOPLE a tour of their adorable nursery for their two new babies and revealed that the parents’ goal was to create a “comfortable and modern” area.

At the time, she declared, “Damian and I are so excited about the nursery for our twins.” “We wаnted to use creams and dark browns to create a place that was cozy and contemporary at the same time. We adore how it came out.”
