Interestingly, there were rumors suggesting that the Warriors inquired about LeBron’s availability before the recent trade deadline. However, the former Cleveland Cavaliers superstar stated that he was unaware of the report until it surfaced in the media. So, while it seems there was a slim chance of Myers’ dream duo coming together, it remained just that – a dream.

However, it’s beneficial for the NBA landscape that these future Hall of Famers are playing for separate teams, particularly because they consistently deliver thrilling performances whenever they face off.

In their Saturday showdown between the Lakers and Warriors, James outperformed Curry statistically, but Curry’s team secured the victory. Despite the entertaining nature of the game, it was marred by anticlimactic shot clock malfunctions, excessive replay reviews, and questionable decisions by the referees.
