Mauricio Pochettino thinks Chelsea will win the Premier League in the future because to his work with players like Mykhailo Mudryk.
The Argentine has insisted he is doing a fantastic job, citing statistics and the progress of at least ten players who required time to mature.
This is true even if the club’s current situation, which has them sitting 11th in the Premier League after finishing 12th the previous season, is causing a rift among the fan base.
If Chelsea fails in their match against Burnley on Saturday, Pochettino, the owners, and a few players will probably have to deal with yet another tense environment at Stamford Bridge.Pochettino, though, is adamant that, whether or not he is involved, the work he does in the background is preparing Chelsea for a better future.
Regarding Mudryk, Pochettino remarked, “I noticed that he is more mature.” “I’ve observed that he is a great illustration of a player who requires time to develop, become more mature, and recognize his limitations.”
“They all need time, and different amounts of time,” he continued. As I mentioned a month and a half ago, too much had transpired in the initial days of his training with us. We’ve dealt with these kinds of young children before. Too many people on this squad are in need of assistance. They have to deliver for us.
“We understand that it can be difficult for them at times, but we occasionally have to push them to step outside of their comfort zone and make them feel less at ease in their circumstances. It’s all about assisting, for us. We were aware that helping would be difficult when we first arrived. Not just a few, perhaps 10, require assistance. We are aware that this is a fresh initiative, which is why we are constantly at ease and unhurried about it.
“If we were any different, we might nоt be here tоday,” I can assure the suppоrters. Instead, we will pay heed, wоrk tо imprоve, and dо everything in оur pоwer tо change this viewpоint. We were fully aware оf the implicatiоns оf the club’s recent directiоn change. It’s entirely different nоw. We want the best fоr the players, оur suppоrters, the club, and the оwners. This shоuld nоt cause cоnfusiоn fоr the fans. We act in this way because we are cоncerned.
“We know what we are doing, and one day we will win the Premier League, regardless of whether they feel right or wrong. The optimum method for this process needs to be followed, therefore if it isn’t, another member of the coaching team will come to do it. It won’t be possible for the younger players to develop otherwise.
“Based on today’s data, we rank among the top four in the table,” he said. However, we are not for many reasons. You have 20 shots, and if you don’t score—like you didn’t against Leicester—the opposition gets one on goal and scores two goals. That’s how football works.
