Beyond the Game: Ja Morant Expresses Gratitude for 3 Special Things

The Memphis Grizzlies haven’t had the smoothest beginning to their season. Despite a stellar 51-win campaign last year and a second-place finish in the Western Conference, they’ve only managed 3 wins in their first 14 games. A key factor? The absence of star Ja Morant.

But there’s good news for Grizz Nation! The 24-year-old is back in the gym and more dedicated than ever to rejoin his team on the court in just 11 games. And to celebrate the Thanksgiving spirit, Ja recently shared three things he’s grateful for – a reminder that even amidst challenges, there’s always something to be thankful for.

Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant’s NBA career is taking a pivotal turn. Last season presented some challenges, with off-court decisions leading to a 25-game suspension. However, recent social media activity suggests a strong desire to return to the court and wear the Grizzlies uniform with pride. With his return on the horizon, Morant’s dedication to the team will be a key factor in the Grizzlies’ success this season.

Ja Morant expresses his gratitude for three things.

First, he shared a picture of his left shoulder near his triceps, which had a lot of tattoos, but a big ‘M’ stood out of the lot. ‘M’ signifies his college, Murray State University.

Secondly, he shared a picture of another tattoo, which carried the letters, MBNO. It stands for “My Brothers No Others”. The star had also begun a clothing and accessories brand under this title.

Finally, he shared a picture of his parents, Tee Morant and Jamie Morant. The Morant couple are very supportive of their son. Father Tee Morant almost watches every game sitting courtside. While the star is gearing up for his first game, the Grizzlies are sinking into deep water.
