What were the names of the other five TISSOT MVPs in Piraeus, Greece? Giannis Antetokounmpo won the award.
Even though it’s been almost a week since the end of the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament 2024 Greece, there are still players who deserve praise.
To choose the MVP for each of the six countries that were in this short event, we went through all of them.
It’s clear on this one. The TISSOT MVP of the event was clearly the best player for the hosts. Just standing on the floor, you could feel how he draws everyone’s attention to him—the defense, the fans, the media, and everyone else.
Giannis hadn’t played NBA basketball in almost three months before the event in Greece, but he didn’t show any signs of rust. He only had to play for 22.5 minutes a game to score 22.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1 §teal, and 1 block.
