Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant responds to Kyrie Irving reaching the NBA Finals

Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies posted on X after the Dallas Mavericks advanced to the NBA Finals.

On Thursday night, the Dallas Mavericks secured their spot in the NBA Finals with a commanding 124-103 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Kyrie Irving delivered a remarkable performance, tallying 36 points, four rebounds, and five assists. He shot 14 for 27 from the field, including 4 for 10 from beyond the arc, during his 40 minutes on the court.

This marks Irving’s fourth appearance in the NBA Finals and his first since 2017.

Irving, in his sophomore season with Dallas, concluded the regular season with impressive averages of 25.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. He maintained strong shooting percentages, hitting 49.7% from the field and 41.1% from beyond the arc across 58 games.

Now, they are set to square off against the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals. The highly anticipated series will commence with Game 1 scheduled for June 6 in Boston.
