Noni Madueke has scored for the England U21 team again

Even though Noni Madueke has scored a second goal for England’s U21 squad, they are still behind Ukraine, 2-1, as of this writing.

Madueke capped a move started by Harvey Elliot by firing the ball home into the top corner with a combination of precision and curl.

Over the break, Noni has excelled on the right wing, where he scored twice against Serbia.

Hopefully, when he returns, Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino will take note of this strong form and award him solely based on merit with a starting role against Arsenal or Brentford.

In my opinion, he should start in place of Cole Palmer as the number 10 in the starting lineup against Arsenal. He would be very troublesome to Zinchenko.

The objective is spelled out in the tweet down below.

Chelsea lead race for another Brazilian wonderkid as Todd Boehly told transfer offer deadline

During the summer transfer window, Chelsea landed two of Brazil’s most promising young players in Angelo Gabriel and Deivid Washington. They also acquired Andrey Santos in the winter from Vasco da Gama. Although co-sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley have provided Mauricio Pochettino with a number of promising young players, they may yet add to the club’s roster.

PL Brasil reports that Chelsea are one of many major teams interested in Palmeiras talent Luis Guilherme. The west London club reportedly faces stiff competition from Manchester United, Bayern Munich, and West Ham United for the signature of the 17-year-old midfielder.

Several teams have reportedly visited with Guilherme’s representatives recently, with the Blues and the Hammers standing out. Even if he has been selected to participate in the upcoming Under-17 World Cup, the Brazilian site adds that Chelsea and West Ham must offer proposals for the teenager to Palmeiras before the competition begins at the beginning of next month.

Guilherme, whose current contract with Allianz Parque expires in 2025, has made 15 appearances off the bench for Palmeiras in Brazil’s top division this season. The adolescent has seen limited action on the right wing and has primarily played in the attacking midfield.

It is unclear whether or not he would be guaranteed a spot on Chelsea’s first team if the club were to sign him. After a promising preseason, the Blues loaned Andrey Santos out to Nottingham Forest in favor of Lesley Ugochukwu, another promising young midfielder.

Another player that caught the eye this summer was Angelo Gabriel, who is currently enjoying tremendous success on loan at Strasbourg from his parent club. Unfortunately for Washington, the Blues were unable to get a loan for him, and his playing time has been cut down to a bare minimum with the Development Squad.Because Pochettino has so many players to choose from, some of them may be frustrated by a lack of playing time and wonder what they were thinking when they signed with Chelsea. Nonetheless, the 51-year-old claimed he can keep everybody pleased after the Blues’ triumph over Burnley shortly before the international break.

“Always in football, it is about performance and players need to feel that they deserve to play,” Pochettino stated. Competition between them is healthy if we want to be consistent and contend for major things, and that means being consistent in every game.

We have a really good group, but we are unable to fully utilize that talent right now due to a variety of factors. We’ve had some unlucky breaks, but with enough patience we should be able to get where we want to be.

“With the players fit, it will be massive competition and it will be good for the team to keep the level that we need to fight for big things.”
