Eden Hazard turns back the clock with a goal and an assist in a Calais charity event

I have decided to retire from professional football after 16 years and over 700 games played.

I got to live out my childhood fantasy and play on fields all over the world.

Thank you to all of my wonderful supervisors, instructors, and companions during my career; I will miss you much.

I’d also like to express my gratitude to LOSC, Chelsea, and Real Madrid, as well as the RBFA for selecting me to represent Belgium in international competition.

While with Chelsea, Hazard won the Premier League twice and was named the PFA Player of the Year. He also helped Real Madrid win two La Liga championships and the Champions League.
