Chance the Rapper prefers a peaceful life in a $2.3 million mansion with his wife and children

According to sources, Chance the Rapper and his wife recently paid $2.3 million for a 9,251 square-foot home in Bannockburn, a community about 30 miles north of Chicago.

The three-time Grammy winner and his wife purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property on September 14, according to the Chicago Tribune. They had previously lived in another adjacent rented house.

 


Prior to this acquisition, the couple had been living in a five-bedroom, 6,721-square-foot property in Bannockburn with his wife.

 

The house was built in 1996 and lies on 3.71 acres of land. It has a 4-car garage, a library, a sauna, a movie theater, and an outdoor swimming pool.
