Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks Star, Excited to Mark 29th Birthday with Festivities in Las Vegas

On Wednesday, Giannis Antetokounmpo celebrated his 29th birthday with cake, balloons, and a team serenade. Even though the Milwaukee Bucks player was in Las Vegas on a business trip, he appeared to be having fun.

The Bucks are preparing to play in the NBA’s first-ever In-Season Tournament semifinals. They had to be in Vegas the next day to get ready for the Indiana Pacers on Thursday, so they had a short turnaround after playing the New York Knicks on Tuesday. But there’s always a tiny occasion to rejoice.

On the court of T-Mobile Arena, the whole Bucks squad gathered to sing Antetokounmpo a happy birthday.

Since “everyone is all over the place” on birthdays, Antetokounmp claimed that spending last year’s with most of his family in Milwaukee was one of his favorite birthday experiences. He did, however, clarify that he had two families: his NBA family and his true family.

In the press conference room, he saw a green visor on his chair that was adorned with balloons for his birthday. “I chose to celebrate my birthday with you guys,” he added.

The Bucks will play the Lakers or Pelicans in Saturday’s championship game if they defeat the Pacers on Thursday. He declared that while he does want to win, he also intends to make the most out of this trip.

“All things considered, it’s a fantastic experience. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. I make an effort to fully experience the moment and take it all in. On where he is spending his birthday week, he replied, “Enjoy the game.” “I’m sure I’ll have an amazing time here and depart with whatever the result is. One day, I’ll tell my kids, ‘My 29th birthday was in Vegas.’ I had my birthday in Vegas.”

He quipped that his kids would wonder if he went gambling or did anything else popular in Vegas with their money, and he would be disappointed to tell them he was only shooting hoops.

In addition, Antetokounmpo received a birthday cake, and after he blew out the candle, he was questioned about his wishes. But on this one, he wouldn’t back down.

“I think when you say the wish, it doesn’t come true,” he replied. I’m unable to tell you the wish, then. But I’ll let you know when the request is fulfilled.”
